We are able to file a number of insurances at our office. When calling to schedule an appointment, please make sure you have your insurance card and the policy holder's information with you.

All of our insurance verification and billing is done in-house. Please make sure you bring all necessary insurance information with you to your exam so that we can make sure your claim gets filed accurately and efficiently. We will collect all copays and out of pocket costs for non-covered services on the date of service. Statements may be sent out after your claim has been processed for any uncollected balances.
